Enrollments and Withdrawals reports capture when enrollments and withdrawals occur over a defined time period (yearly, monthly, or daily) or for a defined role or course offering. These reports do not currently show how many users enroll or withdraw in a given time period. Instead, these reports show how many users went through the process of enrolling or withdrawing during a given time period.

Corporate reports track employee training and certification. Use the Certification Tracking report to monitor employee certification efforts via their submission of documents to the Dropbox tool and completion of assessments in the Quizzes tool. You can assess employees at an Organization level, as well as at an "Agency" or course level.

Certification Tracking

Displays document submissions and assessment completion with expiration status. This report is available in the Insights Portal and the Insights Console.

Attendance reports leverage IIS data to show when, and how frequently, users access your eLearning courses. Reports detail total course access, course access for the current week, and course access for the current month.

Attendance reports allow you to drill-down by Course when inside the Insights Console.

1. Enter the search term in the Search For field. For more search options, click the Show Search Options link.
