The Usage Date Patterns and Grade Item Progress heatmap depicts the historical day to day patterns of org unit activity through tool usage by each of the enrollees. This heatmap is available in the Insights Portal and the Insights Console.

The Tool Usage Patterns and Grade Item Progress heatmap depicts the amount of data traffic in Kbytes for each of the tools in use by the enrollees of the org unit. This heatmap is available in the Insights Portal and the Insights Console.

Grade Patterns heatmap

The Grade Patterns heatmap depicts the grade results as a percent for the grade items within an org unit. A Large Format report is available and is optimal for courses with greater than 30 enrollees. This heatmap is available in the Insights Portal and the Insights Console.

The grade items shown in the heatmap include the following types:

Tool Access reports

Tool Access reports display individual user's tool access, sorted by full name or number of grade items completed. A colored legend identifies the level of access for each tool per student.

User Tool Access

Displays a heatmap that shows how many times participants in a selected course have accessed a tool during a selected time period, including withdrawn participants. This report is available in the Insights Portal and the Insights Console.

Surveys reports

Survey reports enable survey creators to gather all data for survey submissions in one document. This report is available in regular and tabular view. Use survey reports to view user submissions for both anonymous and non-anonymous surveys.

Individual Survey Responses

Displays individual survey responses for both shared, and course offering specific, surveys. This report is available in the Insights Portal and the Insights Console.

Rubrics reports

The Rubric report contains a comprehensive analysis of the structure of rubrics and achievement rates of their associated activities over time.

Rubric Achievements

Displays rubric achievement results for a specific course. This report is available in the Insights Portal and the Insights Console.

RiskAnalysis reports

The RiskAnalysis report identifies academically at-risk students, using grades as a risk domain and a user-defined baseline as a risk threshold. Use the report for courses under progress and select the courses to analyze from any level of the organization structure, for example, college, school, program, department, etc., and across different semesters.
