On the Themes page, click Copy from the context menu of the theme you want to copy.

On the Themes page, click Create Theme.
Enter a Name and Description for your theme.
You can use the default navbar layout or click Change Layout to select a different one.

Themes enable you to customize and brand the look and feel of navbars and page backgrounds. Themes do not control the type of links navbars can contain. When you create a theme, there are two areas you can customize styles for: the navbar layout and the page background.

At the course offering level, all themes listed on the Themes page contain information about whether a theme is shared from another org unit, and the name of the org unit sharing the theme.

How legacy navbars and themes are migrated

Legacy themes are navbar templates created prior to Learning Environment 9.0. Legacy themes appear similar to current themes, but legacy themes were built on an older technology still supported by the current Learning Environment.

When you edit a custom link or link group, changes are reflected in all navbars using it.

Click Custom Links from the tool navigation.
On the Custom Links page, click on the custom link or link group you want to edit.
Make your changes, then click Save.

Create and add custom links to navbars to provide users with direct URL links to third-party tools, and other areas of Learning Environment. If you edit a custom link, changes are reflected in the navbars and org units currently using the link.
