1. Click Edit Course on your course navbar.
2. On the Course Administration page, click Course Offering Information.
3. Clear the Show course address book option.

Note Depending on how your organization's email service is set up, you may not be able to turn course address book information on and off.

Editing a discussion forum gives you the ability to change the forum name, availability and locking options, release conditions, and group and section restrictions. Editing a discussion topic gives you the ability to reassign the topic to a different forum, rename the topic, and change the availability and locking options, restrictions, assessment options, and associated learning objectives.

General chats exist within specific org units and are only accessible from the org unit in which they are created.

Before creating a general chat, make sure to access the Chat tool from the appropriate org unit homepage. For example, if you want to add a chat to a course offering, click Chat on that course's navigation bar.

If a user starts a quiz but does not submit the attempt, the quiz displays as "in progress" on the Grade Quiz page, and the  Enter Quiz as User icon appears beside the attempt. If you want to submit the quiz for the user:
