An auditor in Learning Environment is a user with permission to see (audit) another user’s information in the User Progress tool, which enables them to view:

• Grades
• Quiz activity
• Discussion activity
• Content viewing activity
• Dropbox activity
• Login history
• Checklist completion
• Competency achievement

This feature is useful if you want to grant access to parents to view and monitor their children in a specific course offering.

1. On the Chat List page, click Delete from the context menu of the chat you want to delete.
2. Click Delete in the confirmation message.

1. On the Manage Grades page, click on the name of the Final Calculated or Final Adjusted grade.
2. Click the Properties tab.
3. Select Override display options for this item. Select or clear the check boxes beside the following options:
   • Points grade  Displays users’ grades in points next to the total points available. E.g., 233/280.
