After you publish a CaptureCast presentation to Capture Portal or Capture Central, you can add closed captions to provide users the option to view your presentation with an audio transcription.

The Producer tool enables you to make simple edits to published CaptureCast presentations. You can cut segments from audio or video files, add or remove chapters, insert files, manage slides, and include closed captioning subtitles.

TipIf you do not want users to see unedited presentations after they are published, create a password-protected folder and save presentations there. When you are done editing, you can move the presentations into a public folder.

1. On the Manage FAQ page, select the check boxes beside the questions that you want to delete.
2. Click Delete at the top of the Category/Question list.

2. From the drop-down list in the Sort Order column, select the position in the list where you want each category or question to appear. Categories are ordered relative to each other; questions are ordered within each category.

2. Click Edit at the top of the Category/Question list.
3. Make your changes to the categories, questions, and answers.
4. Click Save.
