Using Dropbox OriginalityCheck

OriginalityCheck enables you to monitor dropbox submissions and identify potential cases of plagiarism by automatically comparing submissions to an online database of original content. You can then view Originality Reports which highlight key areas, show a breakdown of matching sources, and provide direct links to the matching content.

You can also take advantage of the integrated GradeMark which enables you to add comments, inline text, and highlight sections in file submissions, directly from the Dropbox tool.

Standard reports

Standard reports give you quick access to information without having to aggregate and sort data. You can drill-down in these reports when using the Insights Console to see more specific data, export or email reports, and add reports to your dashboard so you can monitor the data on a regular basis. Through the use of cascading filters, you can also change any of the filters in the reports and all of the lower level filters will refresh accordingly.

Integrating form templates in Content

You can integrate form templates created either at the org or course level to gather information from within course modules and topics in Content. Form responses created by users are then sent to their ePortfolio for future reference.

You can, for example, ask students to complete a form response to demonstrate understanding of a particular theory or to gather feedback about their thoughts on the methods used to foster learning. See Creating a form template for more information on how to set up form templates.
